Hardee's

Hardee’s gas always been my favorite breakfast! Loved their biscuits and gravy. However they have went downhill, I order this morning it took forever in line but they usually always have a line. So I’m not to upset about that it to be expected but I hadn’t been in awhile so I was eager to get my breakfast. I order just the biscuits and gravy. And when I get home I’m putting it together and my gravy is very watery I’m thinking ok it’s usually nice thick gravy. I pour it on my biscuit and began to eat it and have to spit it out. I’m not very picky and I can eat about anything but that was awful. The biscuits good as always the Gravy tasted like water! Like a milky water. Like someone took some skim milk with few chunks of sausage and pour it over my biscuit. Not to mention the prices have went up because inflation, so it sad that not only do we have to pay such high prices BUT we get nasty watered down food, if People are having to pay high prices we should still get quality food!

Can't see a reason for all the bad reviews. Sure it takes a little longer to process my order but they have a cook to order on most the menu items. So I'm ok with waiting few extra minutes for a fresh burger. And Hardee's has the best burger in town. I think with covid scare calming down and no more free money from the government, Hardee's along with other fast food places will return to being fully staffed and better trained employees the service and quality will improve to better standards

This is not to blame the few employees they had who were genuinely trying their best to do their job. This is to blame the companies who won’t listen about how their staff is expected to do entirely too much for what little pay they get. Food was ugh. I see why Hardees is steadily losing their businesses. Honestly just a shame this was my birthday lunch. Should’ve know better but we were driving through and just wanted a quick meal. Sounded good but didn’t work out so good.

I get the fact that we're going to pay more at fast food places..I don't mind paying more if my food is acceptable. My burger was an absolute mess. Looked like someone had sat on it and just unappealing. Sloppy..mess.. I was the only car in line so not sure why I couldn't have gotten a decent burger. Sad.. I don't mind the wait times or paying higher prices..I get this..but for goodness sake give me decent food.
