Mcdonald's

The food is good don't get me wrong just the service is always been horrible they have my order wrong three times and it was a mobile order I waited almost 22 minutes to get my order correct I understand they were busy I know fast food is a typical job and my hats off to the folks that do it but this is two times and 3 months first time was at night this time at noon they just need better staffing I don't know if it comes down to wages or what good luck to you guys I hope you get better

If I could give 0 stars I would. We are traveling and unfortunately decided to stop at this McDonald’s. There were no employees at register so we placed the order at the kiosk. 15 mns later we still didn’t have our order. When husband inquired about it he was given an attitude. Five minutes after that a rude employee who refused to give her name asked us for our receipt because she had “served off” our order and didn’t know what we ordered. Gave it to her. She comes back with our tray and slams it on the table. Husband asked for manager. She pointed back and rolled her eyes. Husband went to speak with the manager who is refusing to speak to him or give his name. He said corporate knows who he is. Very rude and refused to give us our receipt back. Don’t go to this place.
