Tried crust deewhy and that was great had the Szechuan chilli prawn perri perri sauce then tried newport and was soo dissapointed didn't taste The same hardly any prawns and tasteless was not spicy like dee why if u want this pizza go to the dee why one

Never been treated so poorly in my life.
The manager and the second manager do not know any customer service whatsoever. Condescending, and entitlement is super high.
Saw the same guys also treating the Uber Staff poorly. Do they know that Uber drivers are also their customers? I don’t think so.
I will never ever come back to this place. Also not everybody there was wearing masks of if they were it was on their chin.
So what’s the point?
Anyway I’m sure is not all staff is bad, but there are 2 guys there(manager) and probably the second manager, they seemed to get the title way over their heads.

Its better you go and pick up by yourself. It'll save you money(delivery fees) and also you dont have to wait for an hour listening to your stomach making weird noise. Taking off 2 stars for your terrible delivery service. 3 stars for your hardwork. Pizza tastes good tho👍

The online order said 50min wait for home delivery which we accepted. Two hours later we received our pizza after two phone calls. I would NOT recommend Crust Pizza Newport. Sam the manager was no help on the phone just offering a refund 90mins after the order was taken. Sorry but that won’t feed the kids!! Ordinary service.

We ordered via Menu Log, Vietnamese Chili Chicken pizza and Chocolate Mousse was in order. Both item were really delicious. Fresh coriander and extra chili on top made it extra yummy.
Delivery was on time even on a rainy night, food was still hot for us to enjoy. Great work team for delivering great food.

Pizza was fresh, as always.
Great flavours. Corrugated cardboard under the pizza prevented the base from steaming and maintained that bit of crunch.
Quick service. Cutlery was individually wrapped. Nice view of the street and a bit of the beach when dining in.
