Staff are so polite, Husband even got called Sir, which he could not believe, (once in a lifetime).

They have a good staffs there, keeping a smile and wishing the customers all time. It was located in a congested area and no drive throu and parking is available. You have to find a parking space on the street but it will be difficult when the town is busy. Apart from that it's a good place.

Good times to be enjoyed by all at this fine establishment. Delicious yum yums right in the centre of Newport and a wonderful family vibe 🤗

I have visited almost 4 days every morning while I was at this Island. Easy to find free parking in the street at on the right morning.
Most of the time food quality were good, fast and correctly cooked.
Hot chocolate were just perfect.
Toilet available
I used mobile App to place an order every time to receive points for each time and I have even used those points to buy some of my food completely free.
Only once they ran out of porridge 🥣 in the morning due item wasn’t delivered in their previous delivery which is understandable as the only way for food 🍱 and people to come to Isle is via ferry ⛴️
I never faced any staffs unusual behaviour.
All staff seemed to wear their hair net, cap and correct Mcd clothing, however there was once one young girl at front servicing food with most of hair hanging outside the cap and hairnet.

The Newport, Upper St James St, Isle of Wight Restaurant is great. The staff are always pleasant, polite and helpful, the store is always clean, bins emptied etc and the turnaround well organised. Over the years we have visited various branches but our local restaurant has it spot on. Well done team 👏

They never have milkshakes in ever and it upsets me greatly, I go for the milkshakes and only the milkshakes they never ever have them tho, there’s always fights and people shouting, kick them out. Thankyou
