Traditional Greggs experience. As a regular visitor, you know what to expect. Usually a pretty busy place to visit. But the staff work hard to get customers served promptly.
Everything is usually good natured and an enjoyable experience. At the bottom line, the service works well for those who use it. No complaints from me.

Glorious, hot chocolate was a bit empty though, not full to the brim. Cheese and onion bake was cold.
