Visited on a Thursday around 6pm, they were busy and there was a bit of a wait for food. It seemed like some staff training too so clearly lots going on. I ordered for collection at 7:15. It was ready exactly on time and was freaking delicious! Crab gratin was mega, chips really good. All round excellent. It's a great sign when the commitment to food quality continues during testing times. Cheers.

Lovely ice-cream we visited with our family and grandchildren twice whilst in Newport and would recommend. My only niggle was despite the advertised opening hours, it didn't actually follow them. However, our persistence paid off in the end!
