Dinner Zacry's. Offering a locally sourced seasonal menu. Starters Cured ham / carrot remoulade / pickled golden raisins / wild rocket British asparagus / romesco sauce /toasted almond Mains Butter Poached black cod sweetcorn puree/wakame papaya slaw, candy peanuts Monkfish pakora spiced swede & coconut curry/ pak choi saffron rice. Desserts Dark chocolate mousse / brandy snap, amaretto cream / chemy gel. Passionfruit panna cotta These were three courses for £60pp. Which we thought was very good value. The monkfish was a very generous portion. The restaurant is stylish and relaxed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fairly early dinner here. It was so lovely. Our server Freya was incredibly attentive and kind. We ordered entirely too much food though! If you get the coursed dinner you do not need sides! We had the prawns. Octopus. Beets. For starters. They were all incredible. For entrees we had the roll brisket and the sea bass which were also wonderful but the stand out was the dessert. The profiterole…. Omg. It’s what espresso was made to create. Stunning.

We had a meal here as a party of 12 which included 4 children and dietary requirements for some of the group. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the setting was beautiful and the food was delicious. For those in our group with dietary requirements, the kitchen were very accommodating and ensured these meals were just as fantastic as everyone else's. It really was a lovely meal with beautifully presented plates and attention to detail. Would defiantly recommend a meal here

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience her and the view and atmosphere just what I need. The food was fantastic and service on pint and very helpful when explaining certain dishes. Now, the cocktails were excellent and mixologist on top form. I will always have a meal here and recommend to others the other local restaurant to Watergate Bay Hotel are also very good too and let’s not forget the location, view and the great weather ☀️☀️

Cannot say enough amazing things about this restaurant! Everything was top-notch. Came here for my dad‘s 65th birthday and everyone had delicious meals and the service was excellent! This may be my new favorite restaurant in Newquay. Also have to add that unfortunately we had an incident at the end of the meal where my grandmothers husband fell and the hotel staff (Christina and Haley?) went above and beyond to care for him and make sure he got what he needed. So grateful to them for that! Thank you all for everything you did!

Overall we were happy with our food, especially considering they took us in without a reservation at 9pm on a Saturday (BH weekend). However for £120 (only mentioning because it was a bit pricey for 2 people in our opinion but maybe not for others) we were a bit disappointed with the octopus which we had as a starter. It's meant to be grilled but ours was burned. Didn't mention it because we were happy with our experience overall. We also had the chicken and rocket salad which were both really good and the prawns were very tasty. Recommend the Vinho Verde 😊🥂
