We were lucky enough to eat here on Friday night. Richard the Head Chef is a food magician. His Specials on Friday were incredible. Lobster Cheesecake for starter which looked and tasted sublime. There were clever hidden touches and my favourite was a Beetroot and Horseradish Mousse which really bought the whole dish together. Our main was Goan Monkfish Curry with Honey Naan Bread. There were zingy flavours of delicately balanced spices which offset the meaty monkfish perfectly. We were served by Matt who was laid back, fun and looked after us beautifully. With service and food like this it is easy to forget that the location of this restaurant is world class. But it is. Making an evening at Lusty Glaze a totally uplifting experience.
