Today I was in the afternoon and there were 2 girls very tired and bored with work in Costa, they served people because they had to do it, you could see the tiredness on their faces. Me and other people stood in line for a long time 10 minutes it took me to order a coffee for me. It's been a long time for coffee today.

Went yesterday nearly every empty table full of dirty pots 5 or 6 tables, long wait to be served took ages, toilets were not clean, only 3 staff on Not really good for a Costa shop.
