Staff is tired and show their tiredness on their faces while customers selecting the menu items, sitting place is dirty and rubbish is everywhere but they are busy in chatting each other.

The food is actually quite good but every single time we order, without fail, they send us the wrong order. Today we had toasted sandwiches, we asked for un-toasted. On one of the sandwiches the fillings were entirely wrong and the sauce was wrong. Side order was missing the sauce and x1 of our drinks was wrong.
Tried calling but no answer and Deliveroo weren't helpful either.

Staff are rushed and do not understand about gluten free cross contamination. Try to offer cookies to gluten free customer. Please have some gluten free training.

We have been there while visiting Newquay. Fresh food served with smile on their face. No Olives available, but staff went to check and brought huge box what made my boy extremely happy! Thanks

All the staff are absolutely perfect, except for one, shame about miserable Nathan who will take half an hour to make a sandwich. He can barely see over the till to serve you! Nathan if you're reading this I'm coming in with a stepladder so we can make eye contact next time I'm in.

Very pleasant & efficient gentleman that served me. It was the first time I'd ordered the breakfast sub and it was really tasty, with bacon, sausage and a lovely poached egg that wasn't cooked to death, the white was firm yet the yoke was still nice and runny, very enjoyable.
