I love costa and I usually always have a good experience, there blender has been broken for two weeks but I am sure this is just a small hiccup in their usually wonderful service. The coffee is always exceedingly tasy and I love to grab a treat here and there and just take myself off somewhere quiet to savour it. This shop is always clean and tidy from my experience and the staff, friendly and welcoming. The wait isn't usually more than a few minutes. Really nice costa.

Very lively cafe, coffee is lovely, especially when Vodafone have special offers, I attended today 29/9/23 BOTH staff on extremely helpful and very patience with difficult customers ,the atmosphere is so cosmopolitan , the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Thank you

The 5 stars are for the guy on shift today.
Ash was trying to do his best between customers and uber eats… completely alone with a long queue he tried even to smile even if he looked very tired … it is not fair for a company like Costa to have just one person doing everything (barista,cashier,etc…) especially during busy times
He deserves a pay rise for sure

Just come back from a holiday in Newquay & really enjoyed the coffees from here. Was served every time by Ash which was great for me as he made an excellent coffee. A nice personal touch is that he remembered what my order was after my second visit. Hopefully I'll be back again next year

Great coffee except that it's quite often luke warm. Service could be better as it usually takes a while to get your drinks even when there's no queue

Came in during a wet and miserable day and was greeted with a smile. The barista Ellie was very helpful as I didn't know what to get. Overall friendly staff will be coming again.
