Wanmai Thai

Yum & wow, very easy to order on the website and collect, the area it's in is pretty cool and has several independent shops and eateries. Staff were so lovely and friendly. The food was so fresh, fragrant and tasty. Highly recommend noodle soup however our curry and sweet and sour was stunning too. Have recommended to others and hope to be back soon.

We ate here two times on our trip to Newquay. We came across it on our second day and ordered a takeaway. It was SO good we returned to eat in a few days later. We had massaman, pad thai, Thai red, ribs and spring rolls. All full of flavour and fresh. Loved it and would always recommend it to anyone going to Newquay. The best Thai food I've had since visiting Thailand 100%!

I had tried the owners food at a birthday party previously so knew I had to order when I found out they were now running a restaurant. With a husband and wife team including a Masterchef Professional and a born and bred Thai- together they are definitely a recipe for success! The food didn’t disappoint, we had thai fish cakes, beef noodle soup and masamam curry. All of it was fresh, delicious and felt healthy to eat (sometimes take-always leave you feeling like you’ve over indulged), I love the aromatic flavours of Thai food and ‘Long’ knows how to capture that in her delicious meals. Money well spent here. Will definitely be back - probably quite regularly until I’ve tried everything on the menu and established my firm favourites!
