Lovely lady with blonde highlights in her hair, working at this place today @ 12.15 midday 27/09/2022. Very polite, couldn't do enough for you. Service with a great smile, lovely hot tea, with a nice blueberry muffin. Fantastic.
Give that Lady a pay raise !

I
Great service from friendly staff. Clean, well-presented cafe with plenty of seating.
F
I love their general ethic, cosy, friendly and helpful.
Their excellent coffee is probably the most caffeine-potent of that of any of the chains serving locally - caveat emptor (;-o)
C
Very clean and was quite empty for half 12 on a sunday! Ideal time to go for a relaxing coffee before the hustle and bustle of sunday begins.

Had tea with friends on Thursday evening very nice good atmosphere food good, but some of the seating could be doing with a good clean.

I love Caffe Nero, their strong coffee gives a good boost for a long time, green tea is great, nice cakes and other snacks. When I 'll have some more time for myself then I want to start to explore their nice library. Thanks for good service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
