Just ordered a regular latta here at Costa. The staff didn't listen to me when I said my app isn't working and no time to fix it. I got it fixed and they did offer to print out receipt for me to to get points online. I said not to worry.
Just a nice smile and be pleasant to customer would be nice.
The most rudest staff i have ever meet in my life. Woman at cashier, "what you want". Customer service skills need tidied up.
I wasn’t expecting the rudest look early in the morning.
But any way the stuff I ordered was so very delicious compared to the grumpy service by one of the person on Machine.

Coffee slightly grannie ( spriseingly) the girls where great, the mug was a bowl if thirsty please visit and put to put your feet up.
