DREADFUL EXPERIENCE

Came through for the first time today and the chips were undercooked and mashy went back through and they gave me "cooked" chips but they were not even half full for medium chips and were still white and undercooked. The burgers I ordered were cold the only thing they did right was the coffees. Really shit maccies not worth the money.
The toilets were straight out of trainspotting, absolutely disgusting. The staff too wrapped up in their own social life to even acknowledge the existence of customers. The blonde girl was particularly aloof, like we were a hindrance to her day, awful. The Pitts. Date. 15/10/2025. 0700 am.
The fries I ordered were less than half full for a large meal, the wrap had one piece of chicken on. This isn't the first time this particular macdonalds messes up an order its pretty much every time. God forbid you ask for condiments. …
Brilliant, staff were great, the place was kept nice and clean, fast service, everything like it should be ,
People may think I'm a little eccentric, I'm not!!! I just appreciate good service... I have been here this morning 13/07/25 & the place was spotless!!! The cleanest McDonald's I have ever seen. I made a point of telling the cleaner face to face how perfect it was. Friendly helpful staff throughout. Thankyou!!
