Great spot for lunch in the area. Old fashioned food and service, in a good way!! I enjoyed my Mexican burger with jalapeno peppers and chilli and chips. Fresh and hot. Comfortable booth seating next to the window. Plenty of parking. Plenty of truckers coming in so must be good.

Excellent value. Had mushroom soup for starter. Very high quality and a bucket full of it. Had the steak and ale pie for second course. Extremely tasty and the gravy was magnificent. It is not plush dining but great food and lots of it. Highly recommended.

Food was absolutely amazing!!!! Highly recommend, I had a steak and my partner had a burger both were delicious. steak was cooked perfectly and the chips were not greasy which is nice, I also normally hate onion rings but the ones here are lovely. Would definitely come back again

Delicious homemade style food! Sticky toffee cheesecake was the best dessert ever! Will definitely go back if I'm down this way again. Nice to see a great effort from the young boy serving us.
