Had lunch and a few pints of cider on a Saturday afternoon. Football on the tv which kept us staying a couple of drinks more than intended. Food was lovely and filling. Waiting staff and bar staff very friendly and efficient. First time but will definitely be back.

My wife and and I went out for an anniversary lunch. We had the stacked chicken and the daily special of a surf and turf. Not just sreak and king prawns but mussels and lobster. We don't eat out often so this dish was a splash and I'm a little fussy about my steak but I can't complement the chef any more.
It was the perfect steak well seasoned perfectly cooked and balanced perfectly with the seafood. I've not had better even from steak houses. Not only that but my wife's meal had perfectly cooked chicken smooth mash and a lovely pepper sauce.
Given the World we live in now. People want value for money but even at this price point it well worth spashing out because I felt it was a bargain for what we paid given the quality of the food.
Oh flip, I've not mentioned the staff! They were amazing friendly, helpful and made this a extremely nice, escape from the kids, meal out.
