Any time I’ve come here there’s a chap with dark hair and glasses whose service is exemplary! No one goes unwelcomed, he keeps the queue updated, he carries trays for the less young & mums with prams. His presence is audible, efficient and very personable. If I still managed travel shops I’d offer him a job. Service at its best 👌 …
Coffee is generally ok, nothing special. I had an almond croissant on my last visit and it was stale!! Definitely not fresh at all . Would have brought it back up but they were so busy. There are so many other places ro choose from and that will definitely be my last visit to ground.
Great location for a morning coffee and scone. The coffee tastes great, and there is a wide selection of food and drink available. The cafe is on the first floor, and has nice views over Belfast Lough. It has lots of windows, and is airy and bright. It has a public toilet close by.

Had a crying baby in my arms and the girl expect me to cue and buy something before I was aloud to use the toilet ... A baby and you refuse access to the toilet ? Everyone that was standing there was disgusted !
I visited Ground in Next in Abbeycentre for a quick cuppa. The man who served me was a breath of fresh air. He was jolly, attentive and really seemed to be enjoying his work. He was kind and compassionate to all customers. He made my quick break a real treat. Try to hold on to him as he’s a real asset to your company.
