Chips weren't even attempted to be put into bag, burger was dry with no flavour and a clump of hair was also in the chips. Service was dull to say the least not even a hello just a what do you want. Dissappointing all round. Do not go here
Really bad service overall. Place was closing at 8pm even though centre was open until 9pm. Portion sizes not great even though food was being thrown out! Burger lukewarm.
I ordered the awesome memphise BBQ chicken royale and was ashamed and astounded to see but a plain boring chicken royale. Not only did they charge me more for the Memphis meal the chips were cold and my girlfriend nearly choked and died due to the dryness.

Food was standard, to be honest not much to complain about other than the fact the fries could of been warmer, however the service was excellent. There was a number of young boys working when I was being served and it must be said that every single one was courteous, polite and friendly.
The girl that served me was extremely rude she threw the food onto the tray a one of the fry’s fell out of packet onto counter top she lifted it with her bare hand and threw it on top of my food and when I asked if if I could have ketchup …
