So wonderful to finally have a 'Hillmount' on our doorstep and, as it's a little smaller than the others, it's actually a much more personal store - which is a bonus as far as I'm concerned. The icing on the cake is the wonderful food on offer in the restaurant ..... absolutely delicious ..... especially the melt-in-the-mouth roast beef! ❤️ Highly recommend a visit!!

First visit yesterday with elderly mum in wheelchair and granddaughter,disabled parking available right at the door, welcoming staff ,competition for the children, lovely Christmas shop ,lift up to restaurant, an possibly the best Roast Beef dinner for £9.95 not forgetting the chicken pasta bake and pavlova ,disabled toilet facilities excellent what else Can I say !! Definitely be back soon ...
Loved treating my mum to a wee shopping spree and afternoon tea at Hillmount Ards. She is a big fan of their pavlova and is badgering me to take her back so that she can get more jumpers from the clothing range that they stock. Fast and friendly service too with great knowledge about how to keep the indoor plants that we bought alive! Top tip: my mum joined the loyalty club to stock up on wee gifts that were on offer that day - gardening gloves for £1 for members! Membership was free so they have us both as members now.
Always get a very friendly greeting from all the staff. They are very welcoming & always make time to have a chat. The scones & coffee are lovely, don't mind waiting if there's a queue . Its so good, we go every week. 😊
Good parking area. Nice gift shop and good range of plants. Had coffee and scone in the cafe and was reasonably priced. Toilets nice snd clean. Enjoyed our visit
I have a loyalty card here and go for the good offers on compost. As it's now spring they had a great selection of plants although I did notice the prices have started to go up a bit but on the plus side they are very good quality and I've had no problems with any purchased. They have some great offers on Regatta jackets and wild bird food for the approaching Big Garden Bird Watch this weekend.
We went into Hill mount on a Sunday. Lovely layout and such a selection of flowers. The guy behind the till was very friendly and because we had a privilege card we received a lovely plant for free. Will definitely be back.
This is a new outlet in Newtownards for Hillmount. I thoroughly enjoyed my vist and will be back. Lovely Christmas shop on display plus a gift area. At the back a good variety of garden plants. Disabled friendly and easy parking for cars. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Elevator for restaurant/coffee shop, nice & warm & spacious.. I have only tasted the cappuccinos & scones/tray bakes which are yummy.. Food looks delicious..section of Clothes on special offer etc..
