North military location Their logo has two stars; that’s about right. This is what a $20 sandwich looks like (16 inch). Even if I were to ignore the fact the store didn't include bacon (as the menu indicated), it seems to be lacking in the lettuce, tomato and turkey areas too. Once the cost of side items were added (which I had to go back to get, as all weren't included in the carry-out order) this meal was $30. But, at least the employees were nice.

Why even offer curbside service if you’re not going to honor it? After ordering online and selecting curbside because I am sick, I still had to go into the store to get my food. I received notification on my phone that my food would be out shortly and after waiting in my car for almost 15 minutes it never came. When I went in the store the cashier said “oops they put it over there”. My food had been ready and just sitting in the pick up area. I received no apology of course. Also a few months ago my friend got delivery from this location and her bread had mold on it. If you want anything done right just do yourself a favor and go to another location.

Less than 7 hours ago, I ordered a #5 Vito sandwich and barbecue kettle chips from this Norfolk Virginia Jimmy Johns location (near military highway). The employees handling my order had pleasant personalities and my order was fortunately processed quicker than I expected while still tasting good. I was indirectly influenced to try this Norfolk Virginia Jimmy John's location once I had recently seen it walking outside less than two weeks ago (because of previous good experiences I had eating with my husband at Jimmy Johns locations in both Orlando Florida and College Park Maryland ).

Unknowingly, I ordered the Jimmy Cubano thinking it would be a hot sandwich not a cold one. Thankfully Nick (manager) substituted my sandwich with another after informing me that Jimmy Johns doesn’t do hot sandwiches, making my experience there a positive one. 100% going back just for the service alone. Thanks Nick!!!

Went there today to get 2 sandwiches to get initially told the sandwich i want is no longer sold there to be looked at sideways when I'm not sure what to order. Completed the order to find out there was lettuce on an order that we request to only want specific ingredients on it to be talked to aggressively and told they are unsure what the owner/managers name or number is to have the 3rd sandwich i paid for messed up again and to have additional attitude when requesting the sandwich be made with only the 3 ingredients i wanted. I have been going here for 2 years with well over a dozen times a year going here but I will not return for poor customer service and bad employe attitude
