Poor Customer Service. First this not my first time at this location. I come to this location a lot to order a Hero sandwich. Always received great customer service. But for some reason the last couple of times has been bad. I came in, was greeted, but when I walked up to the counter. The associates including the assistant manager continued to discuss what ever conversation they was having rather than placing their conversation on hold. Honestly, I do not want to hear what they was discussing about, that should be privately or when no customers are in. They seem to not even care. The associate stood at the counter continued her conversation with the other young lady. It took a min or too before they said anything. I actually had to tell the associate “I would like to order a Hero sandwich” before she actually acknowledged me. Then they charge for additional items in the sandwich, to not have those items on the sandwich. Good thing I checked before walking out because I knew my sandwich was not going to be made correctly. I Attempted to talk to manager before making this post, but have been unsuccessful with getting in contact with the store manager. So here it goes. They need to work on the employees tone when they are speaking to a customer when I called to complain about 2 turkey bacon RANCH that had no ranch she said there was no manager that all she could do is give a discounts the next time I came in because we live a hour away so I wouldn't be returning the sandwiches I again asked when a manager would be here she proceeds to tell me with major attitude that one would be here on the morning then said " I guaranty he will tell you the same thing". I will not be returning to this business and will pass the world around..
