Domino's Pizza

I don't normally do this but I need to. Ordered curbside carry out. They never came to my car and offered a free pizza. COOL! Went inside to get my order and 6 persons were inside before me. OK, no big deal, I can wait. One employee came to counter after 10 mins and said, I'm answering only one person, ive been here for 12 hours and my shift is done. I didn't know dominos was opening at 5am. Anyway, the cook was slamming his pizza screen everywhere, swearing, and was rude with the other employees. I finally got answered, 15 mins after waiting in the store. Went home, and the store called me up to ask me if I had my pizza. ... I know everybody is hurting for employee, but please, take care of your customers, as they are the heart and soul of your business. Ken.

i don’t usually leave reviews for restaurants because most of the time it’s just not that big of a deal to me but i tried to order carry out over the phone and i called this location 4 different times, on each call i was put on hold and then the phone rang and the cycle repeated till someone picked up the phone and hung it up. i was on the phone with these people for 15 minutes. i was like alright fine i’ll just order online but dominos system or online website is just not working so i had to order somewhere else which usually isn’t a big deal to me but there’s no reason any single person working at this location couldn’t have answered the phone, i personally work in fast food and would have never ever treated a customer like how this location treats theirs, i’ve had several issues with this location and i just simply will not order from this location again but i felt i needed to voice my complaints because i’ve been way to patient.

Large pizza did not have buffalo sauce on it when it was delivered. And they expected me to drive to the store to have them fix it. $49 and some change and they expect me to drive there to fix it......the other one just arrived! It has plenty of buffalo sauce on it! Changing it from two stars to four.

I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery and they don’t have drivers. They would t allow pick up without cancelling my order that has already been charged. Rachel the manager says she could not substitute a soda and we just pick up the food. I have hungry kids and this is ridiculous. The first and the last time I order from this location.
