Kfc

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt with COVID and all but enough is enough. They are serving chicken in old unchanged grease. I will never go to this location again. I'll travel out to Hampton or just be done with KFC. My bucket should not be full of old burnt grease from them just frying fresh chicken. I've worked fast food particularly KFC and we cleaned the fryers every night.

WOW!!!! This place is a flaming hot mess. I've tried this location 3 times in 3 months. Today was my final time. The three pieces of chicken were the smallest I've ever seen in my life. The fries were cold and soggy. The biscuit was hard as a rock. The car only saving grace was the lady at the window was friendly. Do is all a favor, Shut this place down. Yum! brands is better then this. This place is a disgrace.

My wife and I don't usually come here often, but when we do, it isn't that great. My wife told me last night when she went to KFC/TacoBell aroumd 5/5:30 on 5/27, that the manager on duty (wearing a black/white striped outfit) was being rude to customers. She told me she heard him ask atleast 3 customers if they wanted the coupon book. When they told him several times, NO THANK YOU, he kept going, (are you sure?, do you want to look at it?, there's good deals!, I'll just put in right here just incase you change your mind.) All while the customers kept saying no. Then he asked one of the customers, you must be from Norfolk huh? Which the customer stated he was born and raised in Norfolk. The manager then proceeds to ask if all Norfolk people are stubborn, all because he told the manager several times he didn't want the coupons nor did he want to look at them. He did the same with 2 others as well. Then she over heard him, and another employee joking around, which the manager then said that the other employee wasn't his kid, and that if the customers see him smack her, to turn their heads, and pretend they didn't see it. All in all we won't be going back to this location until something changes. But on a great note she said the young lady named Daysha, if that's how you spell her name who took her order was fantastic. She was super polite, and made sure my wife had everything.

This place isn’t the best. KFC and Taco Bell in one. They weren’t prepared for the day, and they opened a half hour later than should have so we had to wait outside starving after a 9 hour car trip. The tacos were made half assed and had practically nothing on them. Then they were out of mild sauce which is our favorite sauce and the butter they gave us for our biscuits was half frozen! They also wouldn’t put syrup in the soda machines so they basically had soda water to drink and the food tasted like it was recooked from yesterday, EWWW! AND NOBODY WORE GLOVES WHILE HANDLING FOOD!!!! Not to mention the bathroom was disgusting and not stocked!

The sorriest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to in the world. And, I’ve traveled the world. They NEVER have pot pies, they take forever to take your order at the drive through, and they always close early. I’ve given them chance after chance. I’m done with them. I wish they would close down and put something else in its place.

Nothing worse than having your heart set on a 12 piece original recipe chicken only to discover a box full of their not so crispy recipe. I’m positive they haven’t changed their grease in a month. I’m also sure my chicken was cooked sometime yesterday and marinating in a dirty tray just waiting for me to show up. It was dank and cold and so messy. Since when did a bucket of yuck cost $25 ? Kfc must have upgraded to $$ . I’m doubting I’ll ever enjoy another taco from that store also. Sorry TB
