Little Caesars

Normally speaking we have always enjoyed getting pizza from Little Ceasers. Sadly on this occasion , we were told by our delivery driver that the employee handling our order had an attitude and we did not receive all of our order. We had ordered 3 pizzas and 3 stuffed crazy breads. We only received 1 pizza and 3 stuffed crazy breads. Yes, we called the customer service line and yes they are refunding us for the pizzas we didn’t receive but that didn’t help me feed my family when I am 2 pizzas short. I am leaving a picture of the receipt so maybe someone from the store can address the issue. It has my wife’s name on it cause she used her phone to make the order.

Great customer service. They're polite, attentive and fast but the pizza needs work. My lunch special was dry and barely had cheese on it. The cashier replaced it with no questions asked but the second one wasn't much better. I might go back and try again because it was better during my previous visit. May e today was an off day🤷🏾‍♀️

The more I go to this location the more of a disappointed I get. Ordered my food online at 552pm the app said it'll b done at 622pm to 628pm. So I go in at 630pm.. gave them a few minutes. The whole time I was waiting in the waiting room with my youngest son the workers were blaring inappropriate music. A hour after I ordered the manager came to the front and realized the music was to loud and told them to turn it down. Relieved my food at 653pm and all they can say is sorry. I'll just stick to the one on little creek road.

Feb 7 2021..Their hours are a lie I went as soon as I got off of work at 8:15 the open sign is off the pizza bins are empty and zero customers I am unsure what's going on at this location but I think management needs to start fixing it this is the third time I went over there before 9:00 and they were not there. To give them a benefit of the doubt I returned May 14th 2022 long after my last review I got her tonight everyone is cussing everyone out the pizzas take an hour to an hour and a half I am done with this place whoever the manager is and this establishment that needs to be fired immediately they just need to close the store down!! Employees talking about being out all night drinking and not being able to focus at work the floor in the back was absolutely destroyed as I say again whoever is managing the store needs to lose their job and just shut the store down already.

It's not great pizza. Service is usually pretty good. Things aren't always "Hot N' Ready" during off hours. Food quality has really dropped off in the last few months. I couldn't even eat the last pizza I got from there. Seems like it might have been sitting for a long time in the warmer. Don't think I will be going back there any time soon. Thumbs down from the whole family.
