Burger King

Even though the lady at the register was nice, it was not a good experience. Waited 15 minutes for my Whopper Jr with cheese meal. Only Coke they had was Cherry Coke and had to settle for Sprite. The Whopper Jr was good, but had a regular bun instead of sesame. The fries however were cooked with stale grease and did not sit well on my stomach. The place was very understaffed, only one person in the kitchen. Used to be a very good Burger King, but has gone downhill.

It is December 4th, 2018. I went there at 8:15PM and ordered a Whopper with cheese combo. It took 15 minutes to get my meal. I don't know why they hand you a receipt with an order number if the employee has to ask the custumer what was the order. I didn't panic, 15 minutes, although excessive for a Whopper combo when there were only a handful of customers, no a deal breaker if it is freshly made. Unfortunately, the fries were almost refrigerator cold and the burger was discusting. Customer service is terrible. Flipping burgers is not glamorous, but if you are getting paid to do a job, do it to the best of your ability. I don't expect my butt to be kissed when I order, but at least be cordial and serve fresh food. I will never eat there and will make it my mission to let anyone I know not to consume from this establishment. I will be sending this exact review to the Burger King corporate offices that oversees this location and hopefully with my indicated time stamp, they can identify the employees that don't want to do their jobs.

Simply trash. Had 4 hungry kids who wanted chicken fries, waited 15 min, checked status, waited another 16 min. The wife ordered from else where, ate, fed the kids, finished and still no chicken fries! Manager was wall hugging her phone, both counter employees were lost, kid prepping orders was clueless, another employee was pushing a broom to nowhere and sole cook in the back was on social media probably bragging about his ‘selfie skills’... regional management needs to step in loooooooong ago.

never had issue until now. As I left and was being a fat kid eating my onion rings I tasted something bizarre. the ketchup packets that they threw on top of my onion rings and my fries were covered in some sort of mystery goo that was gold and smelled of silicone caulking. How can you really just blindly throw this in there is no way possible that the girl did not notice this. It's a wonder why our country is going to the garbage

This place has gone downhill drastically. It used to be great when it opened, but now...one woman wanted chicken fries, and complaining a great deal, so she was ignored while other customers were getting their food. This establishment was understaffed, but even so, they should have been able to perform better.
