Mcdonald's

I hope it has changed. I dislike the employees at this restaurant. It isn't personal. I have gone to this location for almost 20 years and it is guaranteed I will NOT have a normal/good experience. The employees are rude. They take a unneeded amount of time to take my order and my food is always cold. I avoid this location. The have remodeled so hopefully the replaced the staff too. I have to point out its been 20 years so it can't be the staff; it's the mentality the establishment must give off, that the staff always ends up being the wrong person working at that fast food restaurant.

DONT GO AT NIGHT time people there are getto and don’t give a f about the customers. They in there playing music in there ears. The lady in the first window made us go threw and didn’t tell us our card was decline and then they gave us some other peoples food that was behind us. And then we went inside to pay for it on the same card because we knew the card wasn’t decline and then they made us wait and ignored us for 5 mins and then the manager came up and reordered our food. I can say in the mornings they okay but at night it’s bad.
