Mcdonald's

Beautiful remodel. I noticed the improved consistency in preparing the meals in an acceptable manner. The temperature and quality of the meals are great. The staff members seem more interested in their efforts and are working together. I have ordered ahead and dined in and wait times are minimum. I am pleased with the changes I am seeing at this location.

This was ridiculous! I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese, add bacon. Got home, and let me just say, I've worked at McDonald's before so I get that things can be crazy, but it wasn't a quarter pounder, it was a regular patty, no bacon, and only HALF a bun!! If you don't have the stuff to make it, just tell me so I can go somewhere else, don't give it to me and act like everything is normal! If I pay good money, I want what I order, not McDonald's from WISH!!

The Military Circle McDonald’s is awful!! They have the place very nicely remodeled BUT whoever is managing the restaurant does NOT know how to run an eating place!! Why would you take your ice cream machine down to clean it right in the middle of the day??!!! Those machines need to be cleaned very early in the morning OR an hour or so before closing. You now offer a wide variety of ice cream made products so why in the world would you NOT want to up your sales on these products? Would you tell a customer that you can’t sell any hamburgers because you are cleaning the grills in the middle of the day?? Unbelievable!!

Imagine sitting in a filled drive thru but only 2 people in front of you who didn't move for 30 minutes. You start to blame the people in front of you for ordering slow, but it wasn't their fault. It was the employees fault. We waited 30 minutes for 2 cars to order and had 10 cars behind us. We got up to the menus to order and sat for 10 mins with no one saying anything or replying to us over the microphone. We drove off after sitting for 30 mins in the drive thru. Fast food? More like slow service. Never coming back to this specific McDonald's again.

This place is the worst! Absolutely do not go there late at night. The lines and speed of service is atrocious...go to another McDonalds...anywhere. There is another 24 hour McDonalds 7 minutes away. The staff is extremely rude and they claim short staffing. They should close this location if they cannot provide an acceptable level of service..I thought the other reviews were exaggerating when they said they waited 30 minutes then left. It is not an exaggeration! I gave this place THREE TRIES over the last four months late at night (midnight) because I was picking up someone at the airport and all THREE TIMES was the same. Do not waste your time going to this location!
