Burger King

The food was great a little slow but my order right. For less than $ 8.00 I got two Whoppers, large fry and a mini shake. The food was cooked to order. I had eaten their in a while, so I so pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. Keep up the great work. I do think that they should allow inside ordering. It would save the customers alot of time.

I just got ONE chicken sandwich. There were two cars ahead of me and it took 20 minutes. Then after paying more than $5 for one sandwich, it was small (mostly bread) and had apparently been sitting under the heat lamp since Christmas. It’s Burger King, so I shouldn’t expect perfection I know. But I do expect a $5+ chicken sandwich to at least be edible. Yuck. Never going back.

The best Burger King hands down in Hampton roads, they take their time and make the perfect sandwich dam near look like the commercial beautiful. The manager was very respectful in patient even with it being packed. The whole crew from Nov 14,2020 lunch was great very professional all the way around started with the cashier.

Love the staff here they’re wonderful. If you have issues with them, perhaps you may want to think about your worst self x 500 and that’s who they deal with every shift. One note to the owner... please fix the hours. Twice I’ve come here and the drive through is closed at 2 but the Google “about” has 2am.

After standing at the counter for more than 7 minutes, the manager looks at me and then asks a employee why he didn't lock the door. She then proceeds to tell me that the lobby is now closed and if I wanted to order anything I would have to go through the drive-thru. Looking at the backed up row of car, I decided to go elsewhere. Although I enjoy the food at burger king I don't think I will be making a return trip to this particular location. Customer service is key and could have been handled better by management.

Wasn't busy but it still took forever to get food through the drive thru and the 2 bacon cheeseburgers I ordered we're put in the microwave then served, so not fresh! I know that they microwaved it because the pickles were fire hot as well as the ketchup and mustard. I will not go to this location again.
