The worst Dunkin donuts in the state I have been too. You do a mobile order so you go in and pick it up when it's ready right. Not today, I went in after 5 minutes from ordering just to stand around for 20 minutes and now my food is cold. If you want a better and faster experience just go to the Dunkin up the road in wrentham, it's also cheaper there too.

Ordered two large french vanilla coffees cream and extra sugar.. also ordered two bacon and cheese omelette bites. Got two original coffees one order of omelette bites a hash brown and some kind of egg wrap.
Listen to the order and give your customers what they order. I might as well just drive up to the window when they say can I take your order just say surprise me because you do all the time

Some of the rudest employees work here. I’ve had times I shook my head not believing how I was being spoken to. But after having an employee scream at me through the window as I drove away because I tapped on the glass and asked for my coffee that I could see sitting there because the employee behind the window was so busy telling some long story to someone they ignored me at the drive-through. I will not be back. There’s plenty of other Dunkin’ Donuts around, I don’t need to be at this one.

I visit this Dunkin every morning around 6:30 a.m. This has been my daily routine for roughly three years. Within that three years I have always received my coffee exactly the way that I wanted. I honestly don't usually do reviews but I seen such negative ones about this Dunks that I wanted to share my experience as well!

Not a great dunkin...customer service is iffy and is tough for mobile ordering. If you’re the only customer there it’s not bad...don’t recommend in the morning.
