Our group of 5 visited on a Wednesday, our first visit as we were looking for a new venue for our regular catch up lunch. We were so pleased with the meal we've already booked our next visit. The set menu was great value and the light bites were lovely too. My husband and I are going to try the midweek carvery next week.

We as a family went last night for the carvery and really enjoyed our meal. The food was hot tasty and plenty of it! The service was quick and friendly .

Very pleasant pub. Went for lunch with my relatives. 1st visit here and chose the home made Mince beef pie with Vegetables as a main course but was overwhelmed by the size of the Portions. However the kind waitress took my left overs and put it in 2 plastic containers so I could take .home with me.😊

Called in here without booking, and they managed to fit 4 of us in, although it was busy.
Service very good meals very good and they are large portions children's meals excellent and very priced.

Delicious meal...meat cooked to perfection and no rock hard veg.. which is a bonus! Desserts were included delicious and well presented

Went for the roast and it tasted great. Had a choice of four meats and was able to help yourself to the veg. I would definitely come back here if I was in the area again.
