Went for breakfast, we had lovely rolls and fresh coffee with friendly service with a smile. Great place. They have a good range of breakfasts on offer from filled rolls to full breakfasts, with lots of nice offerings like salmon, scrambled eggs etc. It was a lovely sunny day so we sat outside in the garden at the back, which is a lovely sheltered and peaceful spot with the sun coming in. Our server was lovely and took our order with a smile. Would recommend..

Can't comment on the rooms as I haven't stayed there. I have eaten in the restaurant though. Staff are friendly and attentive. Good is great and really well priced. A little gem of a place. If in North Berwick I would highly recommend No.12.

We stopped off here for a meal. The staff were so lovely and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. It is a gorgeous bar and grill area. Will definitely be stopping by again
