Good location, coffee nice and plenty of space. It is just a bit slow, in need of a bit of a tidy up and nowhere naturally to stand waiting for your coffee. Staff are really nice but it all needs a set of jump leads as it takes too long (this is not specific to Costa this is all if the supposed "fast coffee sellers")
They have gluten free sandwiches for the summer! Hopefully if enough people buy them, they can become a permanent fixture!
Three people were working for nine tables. Yet two tables were still piled high with dirty dishes. In my opinion, this isn't recommended.
Appallingly slow service. Busy with two members of staff, one of whom was new and couldn't work the til. Not fair on staff, 'Ash' was great and should consider working for someone who cares. …
