Very friendly staff. Very good coffees and hot chocolate. Cake menu unfortunately limited at the moment because of covid but enjoyed what was available.

Had my first spiced chi latte. I thought it was coffee but it is actually a tea. Quite Sweet. They also do sugar free but had none today. Would like to try it next time.

They make an excellent Latte and serve delicious cakes and scrumptious sandwiches. Depending on the weather, you can relax indoors/outdoors. The staff are friendly and always polite. Well worth a visit. Mr. Woods is near the entrance of the Metro Line/North Shields.

The girls in Mr Woods sure know how to make coffee.
I asked for a strong flat white and that is exactly what I got, it was delicious, so was the millionaire shortbread!
10/10 highly recommended!

I have been coming for years and it is my favourite coffee shop. Great coffee and atmosphere. I am just waiting for the day when I come in and there is a vegan cake or sandwich offer. Fingers crossed it won't be long. Then it will be perfect.

An excellent cafe, in my opinion with an array of beverages, hot or cold. They also, e.g., provide quality food. From a sandwich e.g., BLT to a cheese savoury. Or try one of there many high range lunches. It's approximately 2 minutes away from the metro station. Or should you choose to drive, parking is also very close. In conclusion a trendy, high quality cafe with easy access by car, bus or train. I'd personally recommend it to anyone!!

Always love this Place, great Staff always smiling and very helpful Carry your tray ( No Problem) Scones cakes etc yummy. Lunchtime and Breakfast specials ie: Soup and Sandwich, and earlier Sausage or Bacon Sandwich and tea/coffee special prices. I love the locals and the characters that go in. The Staff and Manageress always Polite, up for a laugh, always happy to help. What we in Catering would say Mr Woods is a Happy Ship
