Good staff here. Always quiet, efficient and pleasant. The seating area is a bit small, and the Covid shenanigans makes it even harder to get a table. There are clean toilets available and the cafe is beautifully located right in the centre of town.
The butter is imported. Is there no butter available in the UK? If you are importing butter, is the milk you use also being imported? British farmers are under a lot of pressure, with high rates of suicide and farms unable to make a living. We also have to bear in mind the environmental cost of importing goods from abroad that are readily available in the UK.

First time visit. Friendly staff. Place was clean and tidy. Had a large cappuccino and a nutella croissant. Very tasty and not bad value either!
It’s not easy to find somewhere to go on Sunday so Costa makes it convenient to sit down for a break.
Love my Costa, found the Lowestoft North Quay Retail Park Costa the best by far, Staff excellent and friendly and will go that extra mile to give you the best service. Have travelled and been to many but always go back to Lowestoft, they helped my husband when he locked himself out of the car, phoning the car park firm to say he would be over the time limit so as didn't get the £100 fine and allowed him to wait in store for the RAC what a fab bunch of staff you have there.

Very good,only problem was no hand sanitizer so even when washed hands didn't feel comfortable,I usually carry my own but on this occasion left it in car.Every other shop I went into in North Walsham had hand sanitizer so I think Costa need to pull their finger out and put a bottle in entrance and exit.
Had a great experience on a recent visit. Coffee was first class. Excellent service from friendly staff. Great location in the Market Place. Just what North Walsham needs. Highly recommended and looking forward to my next visit.
