Excellent cheery and friendly service with the usual Greggs quality. Make sure you get there before it closes to avoid disappointment. Well done, will come back when passing Scotch Corner.

Good place for quick lunch when on the A1 , staff are always welcoming and cheerful, take notice greggs. Sausage and bean pasties are spot on

My autistic son lost his cuddly toy on Saturday 5th July ar Scotch Corner services outside Greggs. We rete Returned an hour later to find it gone and my son was devastated. The kind staff helped us look tirelessly and a lady from Greggs actually offered my son a cuddly toy of her own to replace it. I can't praise the ladies on duty that day highly enough. If retail needs an example of "outstanding" customer service then this is it. Many many thanks David Robinson.

It what it is, a Greggs in a good location if your doing the journey to or from Scotland as you can nip in for a drink, coffee or something hot , cold to eat, been here a few times
