It was a busy Saturday afternoon and there appeared to be only two members of staff working, they were taking it in turns to either serve or wash crockery. Even though there was a wait we were met with politeness both when being served and when leaving. Costa please get these two hard working girls some help!

Great coffee, excellent cakes. Just here for a snack but all food looks delicious. Service was good, although the girl was on her own. Eventually a lady came who was probably the supervisor, a bit miserable, glad she wasn't serving me. The assistant was very efficient.

A nice little coffee shop with a really friendly team it was busy enough to have a buzz but not too busy to sit comfortably. Service was a little slow today with a long queue though

Currently in here. Monday 17/1/22 4pm. Just ONE amazing young (french?) lady in the store. Increfibly quick, efficient, polite, capable. Very diplomatic re her current circumstances. Give this girl a raise or at least a bonus !
COSTA...don't take afvantage of your best workers. She deserves better !

Always a great experience in this store, it's always busy which speaks for itself. Never had a disappointing drink or snack here. I went for the purple one hot chocolate and it was delicious. Also had the millionaire's shortbread it was divine. Thank you costa!
