Have not had such a good dining experience since a Michelin star in Oban. Exquisite menu, chef showing some real talent. I’m not normally a fish man but the lemon sole was to die for. I’ve seen many cheese boards and the cheese was good but the biscuits were a wow - really unusual I know but please
Had a great meal with my wife. She enjoyed the Aberdeen Angus steak 🥩 and l enjoyed the bream
Absolutely amazing. The food is great here. Not the cheapest but very high quality. So tasty and worth the money. One of the nicest restaurants in the area. It has atmosphere and the staff are really friendly. Overall the food is superb and I recommend, we will definitely visit again
What an amazing experience at the Kings l had with friends. The food did not disappoint- succulent scallops, juicy fillet steak, amazing desserts. Only downside is that if you have an allergy or intolerance its not clearly written on any dish ( gluten, dairy, nuts etc). I had to ask for a dish if it c
Best restaurant I've visited, food is amazing
Impeccably presented culinary masterpieces served in a pleasant restaurant with polished wooden tables and floor. It appears that the evening menu changes monthly. Ours included pigeon breast, lamb rump, ox cheeks, monkfish and steak burger. The vegetarian option was charred Romanesco. I would recom
Pleasant setting, sophisticated food, great flavours combination. I highly recommend this gem of a place. Formidable in every way. We were greeted by the owner, shown to our table. Service was impeccable. We will return and sample more of the menu.
We found this place by accident and were truly welcomed on a busy Saturday night on a bank holiday weekend. The menu is exciting and very well delivered. The staff are delightful! We will be back!
Had a really great meal for 2 on a Friday night. Could not fault anything with the food or service! Haven't been for a while and it was good to see that the food is fantastic as ever. My celeriac starter was super tasty and definitely Michelin star quality. I'm very fussy with wine and it's rare to
A fabulous location of a restaurant, especially on a sunny day, where we sat outside for pre dinner drinks. I had the liver Parfait for starter which was beautiful and the Sea bass for mains which was equally tasty. The issue that we had as a Birthday party group was that we pre warned and booked 4
Delicious dinner and great service. This is a real hidden gem and visited after being recommended. Being gluten free was no issue and our waitress was so helpful and ensured everything was adapted for me. Lovely setting, delicious food.
A memorable meal, the presentation of food and flavours are 5 *, service fantastic, will be back
Overall a good night as the food is extremely good. Prices are a little high. Service was not brilliant , first drinks info was poor and not that friendly, only a couple of food menus were available so we had to share, main wine menu needed to be requested and final bill was incorrectly showing a
Food is really stunning and staff were fantastic. Super impressed with levels taken to keep customers safe whilst maintaining a beautiful interior.
Without doubt one of the best meals we've had in a very long time. The presentation and quality of the food is outstanding and the service exceptional. A lovely pub atmosphere with delicious food, would highly recommend.
