It was quite but comfortable, service was very friendly, and food was delicious. Tried the new gorgonzola and procutio pizza today, it was nice but stopped a long way from the edge and the ham was fatty, but overall was a lovely meal.

Food was nice, restaurant was modern and spacious. Staff were friendly. The overall price however was more expensive than I thought. Between the 4 of us we only had 2 starters, 4 mains, 2 desserts and only 2 alcoholic drinks, 5 non alcoholic and it was £130-140 which I think is a bit steep for an Italian chain.

Great place to eat - Food is great, service is reasonable and so is the atmosphere - can't put my finger on it but it needs something. Just to improve the atmosphere - maybe a piano player or a host. Overall I recommend Prezzo in northampton.

Impressed by the quality of food and the service. All the staff were so nice and welcoming. Never felt rushed or pressured to order more drinks. Just the right balance of waiting time between starters and main course. A very present experience overall. Well-done you lot 👏

Nice welcome, friendly staff, good service and nice pasta dishes. Pleasant setting in city centre. One of the remaining restraunts in the chain to avoid closure. Give it support.

We had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant and was fortunate enough to be served by Justyna I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service she provided. Justyna was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable. She made great recommendations and took the time to make sure our meals were prepared exactly as we wanted them. I appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to accommodate our requests. Thank you Justyna for providing outstanding service and making our meal memorable

A table of 11 people had a meal last Saturday. We were served by Saskia who dealt with some very complex dietary requirements. She took their orders first and made sure that there was nothing in the ingredients that would be harmful to them. This is the first time that a waitress has taken such care. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

A nice girly catch up today. We had the lunch menu for 2, 2 small plates and 1 big plate to share. £22 Absolutely gorgeous. And of course a cocktail each.
