Love it when they have the cricket on the radio.
The food is no-frills but delicious and very generous portions. Plenty of options available including veggie and vegan.
Hope to see Butt’s on the Kettering Road for years to come!

The lamb biryani is superb. Tender, fall apart chunks of lamb alongside a superb biryani, although I would recommend getting some raita or yoghurt to go with it.
The chicken curry was good, moist tender chicken in a good curry base, but a little too heavy on the oil, but I would still order it again.
Overall, this is not somewhere to go to get an "Indian Takeaway" to keep at home and cook yourself, what it is, is a place to get some amazing authentic Indian dishes that are made with love (and really good ingredients).
For me, I'll be coming back regularly for the lamb biryani for lunch from time to time.

The best take home food to put in your freezer and to reheat at home. Traditional home recipes. This week took home the chicken biryani. Soooooo good! 😋 Ate chicken samosas while there for my lunch and a lovely cup of tea. Three small tables to sit-in and eat and have a lovely chat with Samina and Terry 😃

This wonderful little establishment stayed open during lockdown and furnished us with coffee's and snacks as we took some lengthy walks around the Racecourse. Mr Butt has an incredible sweet selection and I think we've probably tried them all now, my favourite is icecream flavour. And you really should try the wraps and curries. They are all made fresh on the premises and you can tell in the flavours are exquisite. Well worth a visit.

I recently purchased onion bhajees and pakhoras from Butts Savouries. They were delicious and soon eaten! It was good that they were made without gluten, using gram flour. Decent sizes and very reasonable price too. The owner was most gracious.
For people who have Coeliacs disease, it’s helpful to know if gluten free products are kept separate and not in any contact with those containing gluten.

A very welcoming store with excellent customer service with not only good quality but reasonable priced too.
For any Pakistani style sweets/desserts this is the only store where we go overtime.
