Just to say thank you to the lovely young staff on duty in Costa M1 services J15a North bound on the afternoon of September 7th. Very pleasant chat while taking our order and making the drinks. I accidentally knocked my medium latte all over the place before taking a sip 🙄 they came straight over to clean it up and replaced it at no extra cost saying it was no trouble. Excellent service and much appreciated 👍 bit different to the appalling attitude of a young lady who served us going south at another services - no customer service skills whatsoever. Assumed we were taking drinks out and rolled her eyes when we said we’d like proper cups as we were sitting in 🤷♀️

This was a nice store. The staff were friendly and it seemed clean. The drinks were nice too. I was also able to use my Costa card which was appreciated. I would come back here if travelling through.

Short wait for a regular Americano. Everything you'd expect from the motorway service facilities. Not particularly busy, very clean and tidy. Nice break on the journey home.

A very busy service area on the M1. This Costa is usually quite effieceit with a reasonable quick service which is not the norm for motorway services which is constantly busy with the vast input of people travelling north on the motorway every day.
