Great place to sit and have coffee with friends. The atmosphere is one that encourages people to talk to one another and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Regular customer with my girlfriend. Friendly staff and mostly remember our order when we go in :) . Can get very busy at peak times - especially during O2 offer times. This sometimes leads to tables getting a bit messy but not a major issue.

An excellent establishment. The Americano was strong dark but not bitter. The way it is supposed to be. It was served quickly by welcoming and polite staff. I also liked the layout of the place. Warm and comfortable.
Went in there recently. Although the queue was long, the person serving was taking orders while making other customers their coffee. He even knew what regulars would order. Very professional. They also serve tea( Earl Grey etc) .

what makes this cafe amazing is two things things..the service and the store layout/ music theme. The service is fantastic, they make you feel welcomed, they have polite manners and are engaging with you. I am a loyal customer because of their fabulous service! Also the music in the mornings are great and the way it is layed out intalian themed is perfecto! Thanks cafe Nero 😊

Very nice new seating area since my previous visit. Lots of space for prams and buggies. Relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff on my visit.

Nice place to meet. It was refurbished the other year. Coffee is quite strong so I only have a one shot Americano. Prices about the same had other coffee shops.

Very good coffee shop in Northampton. The staff are all very friendly and it serves one of the nicest coffees in the town. Usual selection of pastries, etc. The place is also very comfortable.
