Having owned my R1250 GS for 5 years, I met with Owen Reed and had a general chat about what I wanted from a bike. He was very helpful and suggested that as almost all of my riding is touring 2-up perhaps I should consider the K1600 GT or R1250 RT.
He subsequently arranged 2- hour test rides on both models back to back making it very easy to compare.
After much discussion with my better half we selected the RT, however as the specific spec we wanted wasn't available we required a new build, thus there was a bit of a wait.
I am pleased to say that I collected our new bike last Friday morning.
Throughout this process Owen has been extremely professional and a delight to deal with, he kept us up to date on every step of the build progress via email whilst we were on holiday, and assisted / persuaded me to order the optional top box from Wollaston. He was also very generous with his time during the handover process, pairing my phone and setting preferences on the quick action buttons.
In short I am totally satisfied with the service I have received from Wollaston Bikes and Owen Reed in particular.
My experience from start to finish has been 5 star. I brought a 2023 BMW S1000rr sport on line and by phone, Owen Reed went above and beyond to help me via videos, to let me know how different stages of my purchase were going and phone calls along the way. My bike was delivered in great time by Steve who made sure i was happy before leaving and even topped up the petrol tank before arriving, which was a nice surprise. I would not only buy from Wollaston BMW Motorrad again but be more that confident to recommend others. Once again thank you. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Excellent customer service once again at Wollaston BMW Motorrad. From initial phone call, to visit to their showroom and service department. David Molnar was exceptionally helpful during our discussions around a new bike, arranging a test ride and then trade in. His attention to detail, ensuring we were fully aware of all options open to us was appreciated. The handover of the new bike was excellent and unrushed, again David made us feel valued customers. We will certainly continue to use and recommend Wollaston BMW Motorrad.

I popped in on a Sunday afternoon just to see if they had a 310GS in stock for me to throw a leg over. The place was buzzing with activity. I looked around and only saw a demonstrator on the forecourt. I walked over to a sales person (David Milnes) and we had a nice chat about it. He then asked me if I'd like to take their demo out for a test ride (no appointment, wow, nice one). I loved the bike and came back and had a chat with him about options, colours etc. He said there would be one in my colour choice available in about 2 weeks. I gave him a deposit and went away happy. I then went online and starting looking at options and would message David with questions, prices, fitting etc. David always replied timely and in some cases with additional information not available online. I finally completed my list of options and with price agreed, I sent the payment over. David always kept me informed of the status of the bike, in-transit, arrived, workshop etc. He then sent me a detailed video of my bike with the options fitted as (very nice touch). We agreed on a collection date and met up then. This was by far the nicest motorcycle purchase I have made to date. It's been an absolute pleasure to deal with David and Wollaston in general. This will be my first point of contact for any future bike purchases. Thank you again.
Lovely experience buying and collecting my new bike from them. David Molnar was polite, attentive and provided the best experience/service I could have asked for. While Charlie the manager was hands on, even took part in the Citnow Video sent to me of the Bike available on site. I had purchased my car from BMW Wollaston in March 2021 and service then was lovely, they have gone and improved on something which was already awesome.

An excellent dealership. I have my bike serviced here and am always pleased with the work done. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Upfront estimates are generally fairly accurate.
I visited 3 BMW dealerships Norwich, Peterborough and Northampton. All 3 dealers were given the same criteria! I traded in an immaculate GS 1250 for a nice new S100XR. Simple question “how much to change” Buying a new motorcycle to me should be a special experience. And boy oh boy did Owen Read deliver. What a nice professional guy he is. Nothing too much trouble, not in the slightest bit pushy and time was never an issue. A massive thanks to Owen and Woolaston BMW for making my purchase experience the way it should be. Alyn
I purchased a 2021 Triumph Rocket 3 R from Wollaston BMW and had a great experience.
The bike was very competetively priced and in showroom condition.
I was looked after through the whole process by David Molnar who's customer service was excellent and made me feel relaxed and not under pressure at any point. He gave me a courtesy call a week later to chat about how I was getting on with the bike.
Overall a 5 star service from startt to finish.
While attending Silverstone over the MotoGP weekend the engine management light came on my R1250GS. Not wanting to risk damaging the engine riding back to Norfolk I telephoned Wollaston BMW Motorrad first thing Monday morning and explained the situation. The fantastic staff said that they would check my bike if I took it to them. They diagnosed a sticking exhaust valve and the engine management light was out when they returned the bike to me. I cannot thank the staff there enough for fitting me in despite appearing very busy and I would highly recommend this dealership. Roy Marsden
