Fantastic experience with Yolanda who made our son very happy, offering him balloons, crayons and a flag while we were waiting for our breakfast. I ordered through the app but forgot to update my new card details so had to go to the counter. Staff were very friendly and sorted it. Food was made fresh.

Myself and my partner ordered 2 meals here. Initially I was unsatisfied with the iced drinks. Upon raising this to the front of house staff it was well received and they were more than happy to help. The 2 staff members that truly turned the experience from a potentially negative situation into a undoublty enjoyable and positive one were Jamie and Ellie. I can't reccomend enough that should anyone get anything less than what was expected, seek out these guys and they will help and surely resolve any and all issues. 2 exceptional advocates for a company where people can often let standards slip. This was a clean, tidy and very well looked after restaurant. Again nothing special but definitely up to the normal standard of McDonald's. This is what I expect. It should feel like you could be any one of their restaurants. This one did.
