Bueno is the best Mexican restaurant in western Mass. The staff work hard all of the time, tables are always clean, the food always hot, delicious, and accurately made. If you haven’t tried it yet then now is it chance. You won’t be disappointed!

I order online for my meetings and pick up in person. It’s easy and ready to go when I get there. The food is always excellent and has a range of options for the needs of different dietary restrictions.

Bueno is always delicious and affordable. The other day when I ordered for pick up, I noticed my guac was missing and responded to their online survey in a moment of frustration (unrelated to the guac). Not expecting anyone to read my vent, imagine my surprise when I receive a text message apologizing, that included a $2 refund! Bueno is always awesome and never has to apologize to me, but I massively receive their personable service and care for customers.

It's typical tex-mex. Food is good, salsa sucks. Make sure you tell them exactly what you want. Recently ordered quesadilla with guacamole on the side, they put it into the quesadilla. Mushy mess.

Suuuuch good smoked brisket taco plate. Paired perfectly with my guava Jarrito. Plate came with yellow rice, beans, and a cheese stuffed jalapeño. Jalapeño wasn’t overspicy, totally doable👍🏻. Place is clean and staff are friendly. They have free fresh spinach on burrito bowls and on Tuesday ask for a upgrade grande-every Tuesday! Perfect location downtown. Plenty of seating and they have a disco ball! Highly recommend for lunch or dinner. Best of all they use local ingredients including Organic Hadley corn tortillas. 10/10!🌮

My Thai burrito was delicious, and gigantic! It's a small, but relaxed place, simple but hearty. Not a ton of options, but good and fast.

Loved my Salvadoran burrito. It was delicious and felt healthy at the same time. I loved that I could pour as much of their homemade hot sauce on as I wanted at their self-service station, and make my own to go plate there as well. Reasonable prices. I'll be back for sure.
