Food start to be tasteless for the last 6 months, fries are bitter thats mean they dont change the cooking oil with a fresh one too often and they charging 10 pence for a dip? Maybe this is the reason that not to many people are inside when it should be peak time on Sunday. That must be a joke, will be last time for me here
Ordered through Justeat, which I appreciate in itself opens a can of worms. Order arrived, items missing, called the restaurant, completely unhelpful and rude - I was speaking to a manager and when I asked if they would do anything for me she hung up. Customer service does not exist these days.
As far as McDonald's go, this one was an enjoyable experience - a clean restaurant, plenty of seating and staff were lovely. Convenient if you are after a quick bite to eat in Northampton Town Centre.
