Been here today and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Clean and tidy pub.
Had Chicken Sunday Roast which was very tasty however for £16 I will say that the piece of chicken was small for the price, same with the veggies. Tasty but the portion was small. We have looked at other plates from other customers and it was the same.
After we left we went and got a burger from somewhere else as we were still hungry.
But service, atmosphere and cleanliness top notch.
Had a fantastic evening for 80s Bottomless Brunch. Great live singer, lovely food and a selection of tasty cocktails. Staff and service were excellent.
We had heard really good things about this pub, so we popped in for a quick evening drink. It was refurbished and opened again in July 2022. The makeover is remarkable, with superb attention to detail. The bar area is small, yet cosy with little pockets of areas to sit. Stools at the bar are a firm favourite. Upstairs are two restaurant rooms which are really well laid out with a small but nice food selection. We have friends who have eaten here and they said it was the best Sunday lunch they have ever had. We may pop back for a bite to eat one evening mid week.

Went for Sunday Lunch here and a couple of drinks. The food was delicious and the service was as good as it gets. Our waitress was very attentive and also gave us some history of the pub. Would definitely recommend
We came for the 80’s bottomless brunch. I’ve wanted to do one of these for months so it was perfect timing. I’m not going to lie we had a fabulous time. Alice and her team made sure our cocktails had no bottoms. Isabelle (@isasongstress) was the perfect accompaniment. The platter was delicious. We had a great time and will definitely come again. Beware when you leave it’s 7pm not 11pm 😂😂
Been several time since reopening, food, staff and cleanliness always very good. 6 us came here on Friday night to celebrate a friends birthday.We were all really impressed with the cocktails and food, the ambiance was also great, but to me most importantly was the staff were so attentive, friendly and welcoming , we’re all coming back for our Christmas party 🎉
Called in for a pint when working away, ended up eating too. Staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was absolutely delicious. The blade of beef was exceptional and I’ll definitely be back. If you’re in the area it’s well worth a visit, great atmosphere in the pub.
I like it. It's not big but it's comfortable. Staff are courteous. Decor interesting. I'm glad they renovated. The music could be better. Some folk might serve it better for the atmosphere. Less Barbie more workman.
Service was amazing, drinks were amazing… the best martini I’ve ever had. The food was a delight. I would definitely recommend and will be back. A fabulous place to go and try.
