I went in the Northwich store today for a small shop. When we went to leave the car wouldn't start. When I realised we would be over 2 hours whilst waiting for recovery I asked the advice from the young man collecting the trolleys, he was really helpful as I didn't have a pen to write the number plate down, he went back a got it for me while I was queuing at customer services. They were also very helpful and change the system so we had 24 hours to leave and even offered to get me free drinks from the cafe to take back to the car, which i declined. Service beyond the call of duty. Very unexpected, thank you.
Today i went to do a food shop and i had my 3 year old son with me who was kicking off the man at the check out called Peter was so helpful he calmed him down and let him watch while he scanned the shopping and talked to him about what he like! A big thank you to Peter what a lovely man x
Fiona served me on the till towards the end of her shift 8pm ish. absolutely lovely woman, had a very friendly chat whilst scanning through my items. Also gave me information and a leaflet regarding a nectar card which I have now signed up for. Thanks Fiona keep smiling. From the lady with the tattoos 🙂
Nice clean supermarket. Good range of clothes as you walk in...everything is well positioned and easy to find with signs above the aisles. Staff friendly and helpful
I love sainsburys. Today my phone wouldn't connect with the WiFi. Thanks Charlie for being so kind and helpful. I can't get enough of the nectar prices and smart shop.
Decent parking, toilets on site, wide variety of products, petrol station on way out aswell
Our Regular Supermarket. Can usually find anything we need from here. Added Benefit of being able to use the handheld scanners linked to your nectar card, getting any deals straight away instead of adding them at the end of a shop.
Nectar prices are great, quality products and great service but limited choice at Northwich branch
Just what you'd expect of a grocery store. It is always clean and tidy with friendly, helpful staff who are always very kind to my young child. Not a fan of their freshly baked bread section, I find their selection very basic and sometimes over baked... but that's just my opinion.
They have good fresh produce.
Can usually always get what you go in for. Staff have always been helpful whenever I've asked for help.
Reasonably sized supermarket. Has a clothing section and a homeware section as well. Loads of parking as well as a petrol station and cashpoint.
Good store , but missing items on a lot of occasions
Very good quality at very competitive prices. Pleasant staff, good parking and great range of goods in all departments
