Absolute joke of a store. Asked to make a ham baguette as have allergies to cheese to be met with a rude man who stated he didn’t want to make my sandwich. I explained about my allergy and was cut off and met with rudeness. Level of professionalism is none. Will not be returning.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered by just eat given time for delivery waited then right at the end of time the resturant cancelled the order. Don't order from here order elsewhere you will actually get your food and not wait for nothing. It was a not a cheap order to so business losing out on profit.

Shut at half 12 on a Thursday. Bakes and cakes were still all out but they'd put the shutters down. No signs to tell customers why or how long they'd be shut for. Unprofessional
