We booked a bottomless brunch and it was fantastic. The food was amazing and the waitress knew exactly how things should be...bring a drink, take the next drink order! Had such a fantastic time, thanks Norwich team.

Lauren was the most immaculate server I’ve ever had the pleasure of coming across. As a full time hospitality worker myself it is so genuinely nice to be able to come out and wind down with great company whilst being SO well looked after by Lauren. From start to finish she was absolutely impeccable and without fault through the entirety of her service. She made us feel welcomed and looked after. She alone FAR exceeded our expectations. 10/10 service. We will definitely be back mainly to see Lauren !!

Visited for a late lunch with the four of us on a Saturday afternoon. The place was full, I've never seen it so busy! Our waitress Lauren did a brilliant job in serving us despite the chaos.
There was a long wait for a mix of drinks as the bar was so busy, but they were great once they arrived. The food was also quickly served and very tasty. I did order a side of mac and cheese which was missed twice. But it arrived after we finished eating our mains and we weren't charged.
I love turtle bay and it's a great place if you are looking for a good time and well priced cocktails. But if you want a nice relaxed quiet meal... Then this is not the place for you

Kynan made us feel so comfortable and made your bottomless brunch, so good! Even when we gave him the opportunity to choose which cocktails, it was never an issue! The food was really taste and came out quickly!

Steph was our server, she was efficient and assertive, 'on the ball' straight away when we arrived, ordering us our first cocktail so we had a drink while we browsed the menu, she explained how bottomless brunch worked, and the cocktails kept flowing throughout our stay, and she even got us a crayon so we could tick off the cocktails we had tried, the food was absolutely delicious, hot, served quickly! Hats off to the chef and kitchen staff. Recognition well deserved!

A group of 7 of us had Bottomless Brunch at Turtle Bay on 1st March.
Dave looked after us really well, making sure to keep checking in with us, taking drink orders and getting the drinks to us as quickly as possible.
There was an amazing range of cocktails including cocktails if like me you can't handle your drinks very well!
The food was tasty and arrived about half way through our time slot which worked well.
The only thing I would say is I would have liked the music to be a bit louder therefore creating a bit more atmosphere.

We had a fantastic Bottomless Brunch at Turtle Bay Norwich again!
This is the second time we have been and both times we have been served by Lauren on a Friday lunchtime.
Lauren absolutely made my wife’s birthday visit special with exceptional service with a smile!
The food and drinks were great and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending it to anyone.
We will hopefully return soon to catch up with Lauren and enjoy some more cocktails.
